Meet Sion and Tryndamere.
Surprised? I don't seem to be the cat type?
Well--- it started sometime back in July. We were grilling out and a stray kitten wandered into our garage. I had seen the kitten around for sometime and told Rob quite simply- I wanted it. In a matter of crazy timing and coincidence that it would walk right into our house and stay with us. For only about a day- until I lost it trying to take it to the vet. Oops. Since then, I had been mentioning that I wanted a kitten. He ignored me. (With good reason! I had just lost the kitten he caught for me.)
So a month went by. We went to Canada, New York, New Jersey (Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana) . Outran a hurricane, slept in our car, watched the sun rise on the Atlantic, saw a play on Broadway, came home. A few weeks later, as I'm driving to get groceries, what do I see? A sign for free kittens.
Three hours later, we are walking home with these little guys. Seven weeks old and undersized. Waiting to be loved. My intention to bring a kitten home turned into two kittens. Because as Mr. J said- "We can't just get one, what if it gets lonely?"
